New changeover dates for testing and tagging

At the August meting of the Standards Australia EL-001 committee, they agreed to change the dates of “Tagging and Testing” as per AS/NZS 3012:2010.
The reason provided for the decision is:
“To avoid the pressures placed on those people deemed competent who are undertaking the testing of electrical equipment during the Christmas period a re-alignment of the months should take place”
